🔖Федеральным законом от 23.11.2024 № 405-ФЗ внесены изменения в статьи 127 и 146 Семейного кодекса РФ, предусматривающие введение дополнительных мер, направленных на защиту интересов детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей.
🔠Согласно изменениям запрещается усыновление детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, лицами, являющимися гражданами государств, в которых разрешена смена пола, или лицами без гражданства, которые имеют постоянное место жительства в указанных государствах, а также назначение таких лиц опекунами (попечителями) детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей.
