Legenda ну очень хотела в Москву. Поэтому залетает в проект "Северный порт" к Капиталистам и Кортросу. Ну хоть кто-то там сможет сделать нормальный "продукт". Потому что Кортрос просто в продукт не умеет (тык или тык), а у Капиталистов он всегда на любителя…

Про эпичность застройки Северного порта, наверное, уже все что можно было - написали. Теперь постепенно появляются все новые визуализации проекта от маэстро Скуратова, намекая, что скоро старт продаж.

Говорят, что девелоперы проекта, коих три - Капиталисты, Кортрос, Легенда засомневались в том, что там все надо накатить "типа бизнес-классом", поэтому среднюю площадь квартир в проекте могут подрубить, а что-то вообще из "типа бизнес-класса" сделать "смарт-супер-кайф-комфорт-классом". Ну посмотрим.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
