Вообще весь ЗУ "проезд №607, 26 корпус 3" накрывает КРТ со странным адресом "Маршала Жукова, 17-63".

В этом КРТ уже можно накатить аж 700 тыс. кв. м. жилье. Вот это серьезный заход, чтобы уронить цену на вторичке в переоценённом Строгино. Так, на пике цены в прошлую весну в ебучих Строгинских панельках средний прайс был на уровне 350 тыс. руб./кв. м., сейчас строгинцы губу свою закатали до 310 тыс. руб./кв. м. Но, все равно что за фанаты места там живут?
