Город продолжает бомбить новые КРТ. На этот раз вырубаются гаражи в районе Орехово-Борисово Южное. Еще раз повторим для всех. Ребята, всем гаражам в Москве хана. Это не эффективное использование земли. Их скоро не будет от слова совсем.

Итак, сейчас согласовали КРТ на ЗУ "Шипиловский. 55", "Шипиловский, 22/1", "Шипиловский, 53/2". Место - для фанатов юга Москвы - отличное. Сюда бы жилья наколбасить, но будет 55 тыс. кв. м. общественной застройки. Поэтому видовые на парк никто не продаст.
