Вот такие маркетинговые картинки подъехали от Стоун по Ходынке. Симпатично получилось, вопрос как эти фантазии реализуют. Пока все выглядит хорошо. Удивляемся, что обошлись без толпы людей на картинках, ибо задача этого секси благо только одна - гнать трафик на ритейл, а не "ревитализация участка".

На Ходынке идет полный девелоперский движ - раз, два, три. Это неплохо, пока локейшен может поглотить спрос.
