Вернадка - место отличное для чего угодно, поэтому тут всегда есть желание что-то достроить, что-то построить. Вот и на парковке Капитолия - ЗУ "Вернадского,6" хотят согласовать вот такой несуразный кубик. Скорее всего, проект бумажный, и там заставят что-то более приятное строить, было бы круто какой-то общий стиль с офисниками на ЗУ "Вернадского, 6В" или с проектом на ЗУ "Вернадского, 10". Общего стиля для проектов в одной локации сейчас часто не хватает. Получается архитектурная суета или аляповатые решения.
