Модные московские архитекторы - SREDAA делали 3 варианта редевелопмента цеха по адресу «Складочная, 1с7». Из кирпичной коробки желтого цвета хотели сделать просто шикарные панорамные окна. Как такое может вообще произойти — неизвестно. Это всё фантазия архитекторов. Но эти концепции останутся только картинками, так как желтый цех уже накрыт КРТ и девелопер в виде «Гранель» по-всякому пытается согласовать себе ТЭПы для стройки. Чем больше ТЭПов — тем лучше, классическая девелоперская логика.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
