Вот и развязка ситуации вокруг цирка. Мэр прислушался к мнению горожан и разрулил горячий вопросик. Новый цирк будут строить в Мневниковской пойме. Там не просто девелоперский движ, а создание нового центра города. Многократно подсвечивали проекты, которые там реализуются. Из-за того что это полностью новая застройка, там нет исторического контекста в случае Вернадки.

Амбиция - создать лучший цирк в мире. Сейчас же можно выбрать в голосовании концепцию, архитектура которой наиболее сильно отражает данную амбицию.
