Так вот, это Capital Group хочет слить один кусочек проекта, а не Seven Sun ищет себе участок. И кусочек не простой, а выходящий к улице Нижние Поля, вытянут он будет вдоль перспективного дублера Люблинской улицы. Да, это самая дерьмовая часть проекта, ввиду того, что рядом с ней появится огромная юго-восточная хорда, ее активно начнут строить в 2020. Поэтому стройку с точки зрения роста цены в проекте начали не правильно. Точнее, на данный момент правильно, но через пару лет - нет. Ценник продаж даже может просесть относительно текущего, хотя в рамках реализации он всегда должен расти. Даже может и плейхаб не спасти.
Интересно, как на такие штуки смотрит ПИК, потому что одно дело работать с решалами из Капитала, другое с падальщиками кришнаитами, которые взяли «Сказочный лес», так как там были все доки на руках, и «Илимскую, 3» по абсолютно такой же логике - ни у кого фин модель не летит, а у этих летит, выходим по лоу ценнику, а дальше посмотрим.
