✅Пшённая крупа- 1 стакан (1 стакан= 250 мл) ✅Запечёная тыква- 1/2 средней тыквы ✅Рисовая мука- 3 ст. л. ✅Сахар по вкусу или 3 ст. л. ✅Корица ✅Мускатный орех ✅Растительное масло
✏️Пшено отвариваем. Тыкву запекаем. ✏️Смешиваем пшённую кашу с тыквой, рисовой мукой, сахаром ложкой, вручную или при помощи блендера. Добавляем корицу, мускатный орех, перемешиваем. ✏️На стол высыпаем еще немного рисовой муки. Смачиваем руки водой, формируем шайбочки. ✏️Обжариваем на сковороде до золотистого цвета с двух сторон.
