✅киноа- 100 г ✅вода- 150 мл ✅соль, специи- по вкусу ✅морковь сырая- 50-70 г ✅соус или постный майонез- по вкусу (2-3 ст. л.) ✅любые зелень и овощи- для начинки
✏️Киноа заливаем водой на пару часов. Промываем и заливаем чистой водой. Хорошо пробиваем блендером.
✏️Добавляем соль и любимые специи. Немного натертой на мелкой терке моркови.
✏️Раскладываем на противне на силиконовый коврик или хорошую бумагу. Разравнивниваем. Выпекаем около 30 минут при 180 минут. Даем немного остыть и снимаем бумагу. Получается эластичная заготовка.
✏️Намазываем любым соусом или просто майонезом. Раскладываем зелень. И любые кусочки овощей. Сворачиваем рулетом.
