Опара: ✅вода–350 мл ✅дрожжи сух.–7 гр (25 гр живых) ✅соль–1 ч. л. ✅сахар- 2 ст. л. ✅ванилин ✅мука-150 гр.
Тесто : ✅раст.масло–80 мл ✅Мука- 350 гр. ⠀ ✏️В теплой воде растворяем сахар, соль, всыпаем дрожжи.Вводим немного муки(150 гр)и оставляем на 15 мин. ✏️Вводим масло и 300 гр муки с ванилином. Можно ещё сахар по вкусу.Получится липкое тесто. ✏️Щедро присыпаем стол мукой, смазываем руки маслом и месим тесто, присыпая мукой, если надо. ✏️Тесто должно оставаться нежным. Уйдёт ещё 50-100 гр.Итого 500-550 гр муки. ✏️Через 10-15 мин. заметите,что тесто перестало липнуть-можно ставить на расстой! ✏️Оставляем в тепле на 40-60 мин.Увеличится в 2 раза. ✏️Делим на кусочки, формируем жгут.Катаем по муке, чтобы легче было завязать узелком.Из одного конца формируем голову и клюв.Из второго-хвост.Глаза-из изюма. ✏️Смазываем крепким сладким чаем и выпекаем при 180 20 мин.Ангела за трапезой 😇
