Две соответствующие заявки на товарные знаки от Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co. были поданы 10 февраля в Роспатент.
На самом деле, конечно, никто никуда не едет, тем более что приложение и так можно скачать из магазинов. Заявки нужны для того, чтобы дипсиком в России не начали называть туалетную бумагу и шоколадные конфеты.
Странно, что патентные тролли, кстати говоря, не сделали этого раньше.
