Как указано на сайте проекта, «Время героев» — программа обучения для бойцов и ветеранов СВО. Её цель — «подготовка руководителей для органов государственной власти и предприятий».
Ранее Владимир Путин заявлял, что участники войны в Украине должны стать новой «элитой России».
И пока одних участников войны не допускают до выборов, действующий депутат Госдумы заново учится быть чиновником в рамках президентской программы.
