В очередной раз поняла, как здорово, когда у тебя умный и чуткий руководитель, который понимает твои мотивации. Ты ему еще ничего не сказал, а он уже обо всем догадался и подумал. ❤️ Это вот одно из крутых преимуществ нашей компании на самом деле. У нас очень поддерживающая культура.
Еще одна интересная встреча, когда ты себя чувствуешь примерно, как будто ты одновременно в темном чулане без фонарика, и как будто ты уперся в потолок своих компетенций, и на тебя штукатурка сыпется, и ты этот потолок пробиваешь своей макушкой, потому что надо расти.
