I feel like I'm drowning and I'm not sure what to do

When can I throw myself into traffic, woke up to a hit and run

I filled a police report they cant do anything, i was also told due to the hurricane. A lot of people's cars were damaged and so even if we could get the car, it's probably a rental and really hard to trace back to who it belongs to

None of my neighbors cameras we're pointing in that direction

Guess I'll be raising money to wrap my car
