От застройщиков, которые, как вы уже догадались, на ставшей частной собственностью земле в водоохранной зоне привлекаются АО «Рублево-Архангельское» (название дал Собянин, кстати), подконтрольным ПАО Сбербанк. Всё у нас теперь — акционерные общества. Это чтоб паразиты-держатели акций и долей богатели не выходя из дому. Даже электросети, создававшиеся в СССР как путь к коммунизму — буржуи-соотечетвенники поделили на акционерные дольки!
