Наша Служба с 2019 года занимается проблемой этого полигона. Мы подтвердили многочисленные нарушения природоохранного законодательства, включая ненадлежащее хранение отходов и превышение мощностей. По результатам проверок на арендатора участка ЗАО «Промотходы» было возбуждено несколько дел.
С января 2022 года полигон исключён из территориальной схемы Ленинградской области. Но судебные разбирательства ещё ведутся. Арендатор нарочно затягивает сроки рассмотрения дела.
