Сегодня в Республиканской детской библиотеке имени Роберта Миннуллина» прошла церемония награждения победителей республиканского конкурса «Признание-2024».
В номинации «Модельная работа немодельной библиотеки» среди библиотек обслуживающих детей до 14 лет включительно и осуществляющие свою деятельность на территории Республики Татарстан, наша Высокогорская сельская библиотека заняла 1 место.
Оценивались мастерство участников, новаторский подход в развитии и усовершенствовании библиотеки.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
