Среди них — холдинг «Росэлектроника», производитель компьютерного оборудования Kraftway, производитель микросхем АО «ПКК Миландр», а также связанные с ним юрлица ООО «Миландр ЭК», ICC JSC Milandr и ООО «МПК Миландр». В перечень также включили российские компании: АО «Научно-исследовательский центр электронной вычислительной техники», LLC Fibersense, ООО «Милур ИС» и НПК «Оптолинк». Кроме того, в список включили юрлица из Латвии, Пакистана, Сингапура, Швейцарии и ОАЭ.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
