В 2023 году 39 квартир и жилых домов были признаны выморочными и перешли в собственность города Омска, в 2024-м таких жилых помещений насчитывается 37. Об этом РБК Омск сообщила директор департамента жилищной политики городской администрации Ольга Парфенова.
Всего же профильный департамент в 2023 году провел проверку в отношении 227 квартир и домов на предмет признания выморочным имуществом, с начала 2024 года — в отношении 211 жилых помещений.
Ранее в департаменте сообщили, что большую помощь в выявлении выморочного имущества оказывают и сами омичи, и управляющие компании, которые предоставляют информацию о пустующих и заброшенных квартирах.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
