Yandex N.V. перестанет быть головной компанией группы — она прекратит свое существование и использование брендов «Яндекс» 31 июля этого года. Новой головной компанией станет МКАО «Яндекс», основным владельцем которой станет ЗПИФ «Консорциум. Первый» во главе с менеджерами «Яндекс».
Сообщается, что команда менеджеров сохранит управление компанией и право принятия ключевых решений. К ним также присоединятся структуры Александра Чачава, Павла Прасса, Александра Рязанова и группы «Лукойл». Все бизнесы, сервисы и активы бывшей Yandex N.V. также сохраняются, кроме зарубежных стартапов и дата-центра в Финляндии.
