В самой промзоне мы насчитывали более 10 проектов, поэтому ничего удивительного, что тут пытаются согласовать более 110 тыс. кв. м жилья и ещё офисников на 50 тыс. кв. м. Если по жилью вопросов — ноль, то кому эти офисы там нужны будут потом — должен будет рассудить рынок. Возможно, у невидимой руки рынка совершенно другие планы на эти везде запланированные офисные коробки.
