Депутаты Госдумы приняли в первом чтении законопроект, обязывающий собственников квартир в газифицированных домах впускать специалистов для ремонта и обслуживания газового оборудования.
Документ дополняет ст. 157 Жилищного кодекса, вводя требование предоставлять доступ сотрудникам специализированных организаций. Если жильцы отказываются, компания сможет через суд обязать их впустить газовщиков.
В пояснительной записке к законопроекту говорится, что отсутствие такого допуска хотя бы в одно из помещений многоквартирного дома «создает угрозу жизни и здоровью для всех собственников (нанимателей) помещений многоквартирного дома».

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
