Передают, что после пожара в Твери, уничтожившего оборонный ЦНИИ, лично у Первого лица возникли вопросы не только к подчиненным Сергея Шойгу, отвечавшим за строительные вопросы, но и к профильному вице-премьеру Марату Хуснуллину. Возможно, не совсем справедливо, но ожидаемо.
В связи с беспрецедентными затратами на строительную отрасль в посдедние годы и небывалыми преференциями для нее сегодня, возник вопрос: как это госпрограммы, фактически, ограничивались возведением рекордного числа человейников и ТЦ, а средства, выделяемые на «военное строительство», расходовались на непонятные и неочевидные цели?
Если точнее, то вопрос звучит так: «почему ключевые оборонные объекты, включая НИИ, все еще находятся в старых зданиях с деревянными перекрытиями, в то время, как рядом строятся ЖК, через которые тыловики зарабатывают освоением бюджетов на квартиры для в/с»? Чиновника и министра на днях ожидают «с докладом в бункере». Кстати, начальство сгоревшего НИИ попало под следствие по коррупционному делу еще до пожара.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
