В рамках первой очереди компания намерена построить два корпуса общей площадью более 26 тысяч кв м в Демском районе Уфы, в границах улиц Урала Ражетдинова, Генерала Кусимова и бульвара Дмитрия Хворостовского.
Общая площадь участка застройки - 32,6 га, а в домах суммарно запроектированы более 304 тысяч кв м жилья и более 18 тысяч кв м коммерческой инфраструктуры. @ria_realty
