На территории ЕАО прошли оперативно-профилактические мероприятия, направленные на предупреждение и выявление преступлений, связанных с нелегальным оборотом спирта и табака.
Зарегистрировано 11 сообщений о преступлениях по ст. 171.1 и 171.3 УК РФ. Установлено 3 факта хранения контрафактного табака (735 пачек), из них 72 немаркированные. Изъято 95 литров спиртосодержащей продукции без лицензии.
В ходе проверки изъяли 178 бутылок алкоголя (80 литров). Проводится процессуальная проверка, решается вопрос о возбуждении уголовного дела.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
