Что могу сказать: змея оказалась ужиком и состояла скорее из костей) Кожа была хрустящая, а мяса почти не было. Напоминало оно немного сушеную рыбу, но не могу сказать, что мы как-то особо распробовали. В общем, экзотика, но это не полноценный ужин, а скорее закуска к пиву.
