Жители взяли все, что могли взять в руки, документы, детей и покинули свои дома. Да, сейчас всех более менее расселили по пунктам временного размещения, но ключевое слово «временного». Получив максимум 150 тыс. рублей за полную утрату имущества жители не в состоянии приобрести новое жилье. Сертификаты пока не выдаются в том количестве, чтобы покрыть нужды граждан, да и если дом переселенца не входит в 15 километровую приграничную зону – сертификат не положен. Почему государство не может признать Курскую область зоной боевых действий и обеспечить достойное обеспечение вынужденным переселенцам?
