Тестовая погрузка осуществлена на станции Минусинск Красноярской железной дороги. В ходе погрузки 20-футовые контейнеры были загружены рудой в одноразовой мягкой таре через открытую крышу.
В РЖД отмечают, что ранее на сети использовались только импортные контейнеры такого типа. Гендиректор оператора - логистической компании «Краспром» Иван Соболев отметил, что они готовые задействовать в ближайшее время еще 50 таких контейнеров, а в 2023 году расширить парк до 600-700 единиц.
«РМ Рейл» планирует существенное развитие мощностей «Абаканвагонмаша». В марте производитель сообщал, что планирует направить в 2022-2025 года 471,5 млн руб. на наращивание производства контейнеров (анонсировалось увеличение до 7,5 тыс. в год) и развитие услуги ремонта грузовых вагонов (проектная мощность – 10 тыс. ремонтов в год).

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
