Насчет желания готовности Великобритании разместить какие-то войска в Украине. Армия Великобритании составляет 72 тыс. Интересно, Британия разместит всю армию, половину армии, десятую часть армии или сотую. С сотой тоже проблема, они не могли найти на новый эсминец экипаж, пришлось сокращать пару старых кораблей. Проще говоря, у Великобритании ограничены ресурсы, чтоб нам предложить что-то интересное. Но рвение похвальное:)
