Алексей Соколовский и Михаил Кутузов на «Оке» попытались обогнать черный джип Рубика Акопяна возле Парка Победы. Водитель «Ленд Крузера» догнал «Оку», возник конфликт. Акопян расстрелял Кутузова (убит) и Соколовского (ранен) из пистолета, затем бросил свой «Ленд Крузер» неподалеку и скрылся. В настоящее время он задержан.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
