А вот теперь ясно, почему АДминистрация пгт.Усть-Кинельский (г.о.Кинель) в сентябре хотела снести неугодную детскую площадку, а не урегулировать конфликт.

Детский смех и игра в мяч здорово мешали... Вероятно поэтому Козлов (фамилия Главы такая) в интересах курочек (вид домашней птицы такой) и запускал процесс по сносу площадки/благоустройства, когда жители с термосами охраняли ее.

По мне, так данная история явно показывает острую необходимость в настоящем общественном Совете в поселке, из неравнодушных жителей, которые не связаны с Администрацией.

Тогда и детский смех перестанет мешать.
А мысли по вырубке сосен ради монумента "БТР"- станут поводом обсуждения с жителями и общественным Советом.
