По данным следствия, с августа 2022 года по январь 2023 года молодые люди приобретали у неизвестного поставщика большие партии немаркированных бутылок водки, коньяка, виски и пачек сигарет разных марок. Затем они перевозили контрабандный товар на своем автомобиле в гараж, где хранили его в ожидании покупателей.
В январе 2023 года оперативники задержали их во время очередной поездки с незаконным грузом. При обыске автомобиля и склада было изъято 223 бутылки алкоголя и 3 870 пачек сигарет общей стоимостью свыше 719 тысяч рублей.
