По данным 112, два человека погибли. Женщина-водитель ошиблась и зацепила другую машину на повороте с улицы Рыбинской. Её авто начало крутить и вынесло прямо в ограждение набережной.

Автомобиль пробил декоративный заборчик и упал в воду.
