Мэрия купила дорогие автобусы, но не понимает как с ними надо обращаться. За 5 лет можно было перестроить все автобусные остановки. Исключить наличие всех караманов в черте города.
Это низкопольный автобус, который предназначен для быстрой и удобной посадки/высадки пассажиров, особенно для людей с ограниченными возможностями (инвалиды, колясочники, пожилые, мамы с колясками и др.).
Но друзья друзей, которые назначены на ответственные должности в мэрии Еревана и в Министерстве территориального управления не знают и не владеют данными знаниями. Отсюда такая картина дня. Вечера.
