Итого расчитывал на +20 тысяч Но Человек, который купил у меня телефон ( чек я ему также отдал ) пошёл в магазин и вернул телефон. Ему вернули 120 тысяч рублей, а я остался без бонусов. Является ли данная схема мошенничеством ? Могу ли обратиться в полицию ? по какой статье ?
