На монете – фрагмент диорамы «Штурм Сапун-горы 7 мая 1944», части экспозиции Музея, открытого в Севастополе в 1960. Авторы – художники П. Мальцев, Г. Марченко и Н. Присекин. Монета «Партизаны и подпольщики Крыма» посвящена их подвигу в период оккупации, когда в Крыму действовали более 200 организаций и 60 партизан. отрядов. На монете – памятник, открытый в Симферополе в 1978. Скульптор Н. Солощенко, архитектор Е. Попов.
