В Тобольске приступили к реализации инвестиционного проекта по созданию четырехзвездочной гостиницы с термальным комплексом Cosmos Tobolsk Hotel. 25 мая на объекте прошла торжественная церемония закладки «капсулы времени», которая стала частью празднования 50-летия местной нефтехимической промышленности.
Отель рассчитан на 120 номеров. Площадь объекта составит 7008 квадратных метров. Инфраструктура отеля включает в себя фитнес-зону, СПА-центр и термальный комплекс площадью 595 кв. м. Общий объём инвестиций составит 2,2 миллиарда рублей.
Инвестиционный проект гостиничного оператора Cosmos Hotel Group реализуется при поддержке Туризм. РФ и компании СИБУР.
Строительство объекта планируют завершить к 2026 году.
