​​📣 “Ilm-fan va innovatsion rivojlanish” jurnalining 2024-yil 5-sonida Toshkent davlat texnika universiteti xodimlari – Nazariy mexanika, mashina va mexanizmlar nazariyasi kafedrasi dotsenti, t.f.d. Shaxobutdinov Rustam Erkinbayevich hamda mazkur kafedra katta o‘qituvchisi Karimova Anorgul Ruzimovna tomonidan yozilgan “Maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlarni ishlab chiqarishda ko‘p kirimli zoldir prokatlash valoklaridan foydalanish” nomli maqola chop etilmoqda.

Maqolada maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlarni issiq holda prokatka qilish (bosim ostida issiq ishlov berish hamda maxsus aylanadigan vallar orasiga olib, kerakli shaklga solish) usuli orqali ish unumdorligini oshirish maqsadida, ko‘p kirimli zoldir prokatka vallaridan foydalanish masalasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Bu borada amalga oshirilayotgan ilmiy izlanishlarning nazariy yechimlari va amaliy sinov natijalarining tahlili keltirilgan.

Shuningdek, o‘rganilayotgan masalaning yechimlarini aniqlash – diametri 50 mm bo‘lgan maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlar prokatkasi uchun olti kirimli zoldir vallaridan foydalanish va dastgoh yo‘naltiruvchi maxsus tasmalarning yangi konstruksiyasini yaratish orqali hal etilgan.

Bu usul yordamida ishlab chiqarish jarayonida ruda va ma’danlarni maydalash uchun qo‘llaniladigan maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlarning ish unumdorligini oshirish hamda ularning yeyilishga bardoshliligini yaxshilashga erishish mumkinligi bayon qilingan.
