✅ Mukofotni ta’sis etish to‘g‘risidagi qaror joriy yilning 22-oktyabr kuni Parij shahrida bo‘lib o‘tgan YUNESKO Ijroiya kengashining 220-sessiyasida O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti tomonidan ilgari surilgan tashabbus doirasida bir ovozdan qabul qilindi.
✅ Mukofot ikki yilda bir marotaba sunʼiy idrok sohasida odob-axloq va inklyuzivlikni rivojlantirish hamda xalqaro ilmiy hamkorlikni mustahkamlashga xizmat qiluvchi zalvorli loyihalarga beriladi.
✅ Gʻoliblar mustaqil xalqaro hakamlar hayʼati tomonidan saralab olinadi va jahon ilm-faniga qoʻshgan hissasi eʼtirofi ramzi sifatida pul mukofoti, sertifikat va medal bilan taqdirlanadi.
✅ Ilk taqdirlash marosimi 2025-yilning noyabr oyida Samarqand shahrida YUNESKO Bosh konferensiyasining 43-sessiyasi doirasida bo‘lib o‘tadi.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
