در آن زمان در تدوین قانون اساسی آمریکا - بعنوان اولین جمهوری مدرن - دو دغدغه وجود داشت. دغدغه بنیانگذاران آمریکا این بود که توده ، گزینه ی نامناسبی برای ریاست جمهوری انتخاب نکنند. دغدغه‌ی دیگر ، از جانب مردم ایالت های کم جمعیت مطرح بود.
آنها می‌دانستند درصورت ائتلاف در جمهوری آمریکا ، چنانچه تاثیر رای آن ایالت ها در تصمیمات اساسی و مهم کشور مانند انتخاب شخص اول ، متناسب با جمعیت باشد ، عملن نقش انها نزدیک به صفر خواهد بود و نگران بودند منافع آنها در تصمیمات ، نادیده گرفته شده و حقوقشان پایمال شود.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved.
