При этом существующие общежития совершенно "убиты". Зачем строить новое, когда можно привести в порядок старое? Реконструировать? Да в конце концов, если есть такая необходимость - надстроить пару этажей.
Как известно, Педагогический университет входит в состав ТОГУ. В Северном территорий для строительства нового кампуса предостаточно. Но также встаёт вопрос для чего все это нужно?
А ответ очевиден - попил бюджета на новой стройке. Других причин просто нет. Губернатор Дегтярёв вместе с Минкультуры Ермошкиным продолжают расписывать бюджет Хабаровского края. @KhabCityNews
