Добавить кефир, сметану, соль, соду. Всё тщательно перемешать и оставить на 10 мин. 📝 Частями добавляем муку, замешиваем тесто. Почти готовое тесто залить растительным маслом и месить ещё пару минут. Дать отдохнуть 10-15 минут. 📝 В сковороду налить много масла и жарить с двух сторон заранее сформированный хворост. 📝 Посыпать сахарной пудрой. Приятного аппетита! #десерты

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
