В сентября я устроила себе челлендж до своего дня рождения выполнить 2 цели. И теперь у меня 1 000 любимых подписчиков, даже успела раньше.
Такой способ очень мотивирует на действия.
Как это сделать?
1️⃣ Поставить цель.
2️⃣ Выбрать дату, до какого числа ее нужно осуществить. Лучше, чтобы дата была для вас значимой. В моем случае - это юбилей.
3️⃣ Рассказать о своих планах публично. И вот тут кроется самый главный мотор. Если мы эту цель не сделаем, то будем в глазах аудитории просто балаболами. А мы то с вами огонь, такого мы не можем допустить. Поэтому поджимаем булочки и делаем все, чтобы добиться результата.
