Сегодня на пятничном базаре меня поджидал необычный улов. Странные белые кружки, плавающие в рассоле, которые то и дело щипцами вылавливали из таза турецкие женщины
Оказалось, это очищенные артишоки. Спросила, как же их готовить. Рецепт легкий, вкус получился интересный, делюсь:
🔪Все овощи – кубиками, поджариваем на оливковом масле. Артишоки купаем в лимонном соке и выкладываем сверху на овощи, заливаем рассолом, в котором они плавали, добавляем соль – 1 ч.л. и сахар – 1 ст.л. Тушим 30-40мин до мягкости
🍽️ Вот и все, выкладываем овощи в кружочки, зелень для сервировки и вуаля, традиционное турецкое блюдо готово🧑🍳

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
