По словам директора ФРТ Екатерины Антроповой, координирующей в том числе вопросы капитального ремонта, по итогам 2023 года доля затрат на замену лифтов от общей суммы на проведение всех работ по капитальному ремонту многоквартирных домов достигла в среднем 21%, в отдельных субъектах – 55%.
Положительным опытом по решению актуальных вопросов капитального ремонта поделились представители Свердловской, Калининградской, Тюменской и Смоленской областей.
