После Рентгена в двух проекциях стало понятно, что осколок находится в сердце. УЗИ подтвердило нашу находку - на экране малый гемоперикард. АД при этом 106/80, общее самочувствие удовлетворительное.
После пару минут нашего удивления сразу же была вызвана эвакуационная машина, которая умчала его на дальнейший этап специализированной помощи 🚑
