В Тюмени Mitsubishi врезалась в бетонное ограждение. Водитель погиб. Жуткая авария произошла сегодня утром на улице Малышева. Там бетонное ограждение врезался 33-летний водитель Mitsubishi Galant.

Как выяснилось, водитель иномарки был пьян – алкотестер показал -0,72 промилле. Кроме того был лишен прав на управление транспортом в 2021 году за вождение в нетрезвом виде, но имелось национальное водительское удостоверение сопредельного государства.

В результате аварии тюменец получил тяжелые травмы и был доставлен в больницу. К сожалению, спасти его жизнь врачам не удалось – он скончался.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
