Ворошиловский районный суд Волгограда назначил ему 7 лет 1 месяц строгого режима и 827 тысяч рублей штрафа. Так же осужденный лишен звания подполковника юстиции и после освобождения будет иметь запрет 5 лет работать в органах госслужбы.
Евстигнеев проходил по делу о взятке вместе с посредником – бывшим главой Росимущества региона. Тот недавно отделался штрафом в размере 1,8 миллиона рублей.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
